In the past few days, we at Queen of Hearts Catering have had a chance to speak with many clients, partners and friends. While the event industry has been hit hard with cancellations, postponements and closures, we know our story is not unique. .
Doing the right thing presents significant challenges for workers and families across the Commonwealth and around the nation.
This isn’t a plea for help. We’ve made adjustments to our business and are doing our best to do right by our team and our clients.
This is simply a letter of empathy and one of hope. You are of the utmost importance to us and we stand ready to be of service in any way. Our planners have already been able to work with brides and grooms to create solutions. We are all working remotely but are only an email away, so please let us know if we can do anything for you.
2020 marks Queen of Heart Catering’s 36th anniversary. What a beautiful reminder of how grateful and fortunate we are to have been able to work with such incredible clients over the years. Our team, much like this country, has always pulled together when faced with challenges. And while these times are trying, I am confident and hopeful for the future.
We all send our best wishes to you and your families. Please stay safe and we look forward to working with you again soon.
